All About Me
I'm Molly, the person behind Moxie People Consultancy. I am mother to two strong-willed tiny humans, and wife to a gym-loving IT nerd. When I am not supporting businesses with their people strategies, I am usually found getting my adrenaline fix competing on horses.
I am a "get it done" kind of operator, and can be relied upon to deliver against what the business requires, whilst being realistic and no nonsense.

The Technical Stuff
Having gained experience leading people projects and change programmes across both large PLC's and smaller scaling businesses, I am well placed to add value in any business with innovative people solutions that have a direct commercial impact. I offer both one- off project support alongside ongoing retainer options.
Expertise
I come from a Business Partnering background and therefore have a wide remit of HR skills and experiences which I underpin with robust commercial acumen, making me well placed to create and embed people strategies that are unique to the individual business. I am experienced in running HR projects, and also with identifying solutions to problems being faced by both large and small companies.
